A look at what goes into a Quality Paella

Ales Paella is a family owned and operated enterprise started by Chef Alejandro. It all started as a hobby from the love Ales (as we call him) has for good cooking and while entertaining his friends who noticed how good a paella Ales made. A friend suggested that Ales go into business and offer his catering service at party events. Mostly from word of mouth, Ales has made himself known as perhapsthe best paella in South Florida.

Business has exponentially increased so Ales decided to teach his paella making secrets and cooking in general to his chef staff. Every chef starts at the side of the master learning the art of cooking a paella to meet Ales high standards. We start with the fresh, high quality ingredients which are a very important part in the art of making excellent paella.

Although paellas are the dish that made us famous in South Florida, we offer a full line of dishes and party staples. We invite you to try our famous BBQ Ribs, our delicious Lechon Asado (whole pig), and our Parillas and BBQ's together with a variety of appetizers and desserts.

Allow us to cater your next event. We have experience catering weddings, quinceaños, corporate gatherings, or a simple family get together. Your guest will not only be raving about the great food, but will also experience how a professional chef makes a delicious paella as they witness our chefs dexterity. It is definitely a sight to see.

FAQ


Q: What is included on the price of the paella?

A: It includes the chef, salad and bread and serving table set-up. It does not include dinnerware, utensils, etc.

Q: How early is the chef going to arrive to the activity?

A: 1:30 to 3 hours earlier, depending on the size of the order and type of food.

Q: What is included in the service of the chef?

A: The chef will cook everything fresh on site and will serve the paella.The chef will stay .30 minutes after the serving time. If more time is needed, there will be a cost of $50.00 for each additional hour (per each chef). Also includes table set up and table cloth.

Q: It's the company responsible to provide a tent for the sun or rain?

A: We are not responsible to provide a tent or shelter for the sun, rain or any other weather condition; the customer is.

Q: Your services extend up to what other cities?

A: West Palm Beach and key largo-Key West ($1.50 per mile-one way)

Q: Does service to these areas have any additional delivery cost?

A: Yes, $1.00 each additional cost (per mile-one way only), out of Miami-Dade, from 8282 NW South River Dr, Medley, FL 33166 (Billing address) "only warehouse, is not open to the public".

Q: How much in advance do I have to make the reservation?

A: It depends on the day of the week or the season of the year. We recommend as soon as you have the dates of your event. In some occasions we’ve had people calling on a Saturday and we’ve been available but try not to run a risk and call in advance.

Q: Do I loose my deposit if I cancel?

A: Yes, that is why we charge 30% in advance, because your reservation will make us miss any other potential clients.

Q: What information do I need to provide to book?

Q: Do you cook for less than 20 people?

A: No, we do not cook for less than 20 people for paellas and appetizers. for pasta, roasted pork and grill the minimum start with 40 people
